INTEGRATED QUALITY AND ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

AIJU’s mission is to help its associated companies to improve their competitiveness and sustainability by means of the support to innovation and personalised technological services. AIJU’s management is committed to continually improve our processes in order to increase the quality of the products and services that we offer to our clients. We try to fulfil this commitment respecting the environment and guaranteeing the enforcement of the applicable legislation, as well as searching excellence by improving our Management System’s efficiency.

All AIJU’s personnel are committed to work according to UNE-EN ISO 9001 and UNE-EN ISO 14001, developing and adapting the processes and services so that they meet the needs and expectations of not only our internal clients but also the international ones. Lab’s personnel, who run tests and carry out inspections within ENAC Accreditation (National Entity for Accreditation), also follow the established policies for these activities and work according to requirements in UNE-EN ISO/IEC 17025 and UNE-EN ISO/IEC 17020.

The constant improvement in quality and environmental aspects is our personnel’s aim and responsibility and therefore, it covers all our activities. To achieve these goals we have the following principles:

-Having independence of mind and detachment in activity development.

-Searching for client’s satisfaction by means of improving our services, deadlines and complaint handling.

-Improving our activities, products and services by putting our efforts in risk management as well as protecting environment through the definition of goals and targets which foster a better use of natural resources, pollution prevention, and reduction of waste, spillage, emissions and potential risks.

-Enhancing the human factor by means of improving communications, training and team work.

-Providing in a planned way the essential training and information to meet the necessities of technical management and the Institute’s quality. Developing an appropriate knowledge management.

-Meeting applicable legal requirements and all the requirements AIJU underwrites related to environmental aspects.

AIJU’s management is committed to perform and update this Policy at all levels and functions in the Institute, as well as to provide with the appropriate material and human resources to achieve our plans and programs, our goals and targets.

This policy, our experience and knowledge are available to our associates, clients, collaborators and suppliers and we encourage them to work according to our guidelines.
